How to share your Google Drive Folder

  1. (Inside Google Drive) Right click a folder that you want to share, click 'Share'

    Note: You can share a single file if you prefer so

  2. Input the recipient email

    Note: You can input more recipient email addresses if required

  3. (To the right of the email list) Select 'Viewer' if you do not want the recipients to accidentally delete or alter your shared file

    Note: For Team collaboration, you can select 'Editor' so that your recipient can work on the same files / folder

  4. Make sure 'Notify people' is checkbox is ticked (so that your recipient will receive a email to inform them of your shared folder

  5. Click 'Send' button
