- Find your downloaded file or folder inside Downloads folder
Click the File Explorer icon (usually on your PC taskbar)
On the left pane, click This PC
Click Downloads folder
Your downloaded files / folder should appear as a zip file on the right pane - Unzip the downloaded file or folder
Right click on the zip file
(On the pop up menu) Click Extract
Click 'Extract' button
The unzipped folder should now be created
Delete the zip file that is no longer in use
